Assessments - Energy Efficiency (6084)
We are pleased to announce that we are now delivering training and assessment for candidates wishing to demonstrate their competence in specifying and installing Energy Efficiency central heating equipment.
The course deals with the problems caused by releasing excess levels of Carbon Dioxide into the earth’s atmosphere and how the subsequent global warming affects us all.
Candidates will learn how to specify the correct energy efficient central heating boilers as well as the auxiliary energy saving controls and equipment. Our highly qualified trainers will discuss all the advantages of high efficiency technology and help dispel some of the myths surrounding condensing gas central heating boilers.
A home learning pack, produced by the Energy Saving Trust, will be provided to each candidate at least three weeks before attending the training centre where a one-day course will be concluded with an open book, multi choice assessment. Successful candidates will be awarded a City and Guilds 6084 certificate and be automatically entered onto the national database of approved installers.
